It’s now time to grow and become the blog that every book enthusiast would love.

I’ve been through a lot with LBW. I loved every review I posted and then ended up not liking half of them. I loved the stress of a month with 30 books to read and the thrill of new releases. I was subject to my own guilt and emotional torment with every deadline I missed. I have grown so much and I have learned invaluable lessons, such as avoid over commitment and putting quality over quantity when it comes to the number of reviews. I’ve learned that research is as important as in any article, weather it’s a book review or interview.

I love this industry and I love the bookish community. I respect and cherish every single author, whether I liked their books or not, whether I read them or not. I want to keep doing this and I want to do it better. Every book and every author deserves better.

With this in mind, LBW will grow. It will become a solid reference for the community, with reviews, news, recommendations, features and discussions. You’ll have a higher diversity of articles that you’ll hopefully find useful and this starts today. It will take some adjustment, it will take time and it will come with full dedication from its owner. For now, I start with a better organization of the articles and introducing Categories and Tags (something I should have done a while ago).

Stay with me on this journey and let’s spread our love for books and all things bookish.

Until next time, read and love a lot!
