It’s the last weekend of 2024. Somehow it feels sad. The end of the year makes us reflect to all the things that we should have done and we forget to praise ourselves for the ones that we did manage to complete. I haven’t written yet my wrap up or my resolutions, I’m still enjoying my books 🙂
I have another exciting list of books for this weekend and from diverse genres. I have contemporary romance, fantasy, thriller, historical fiction and a technothriller. I’m going crazy, apparently.
- War by Brittanée Nicole – Hockey Romance
- Forbidden Dreams by Natasha Madison – Contemporary Romance
- The Dragon Prophecies by M. T. Meiklejohn – Fantasy
- Seven Hills One Light by Hazel Dains – Historical Fiction
- Bad Cop, Worse Cop by Scott Boyd – Thriller
- Ascender’s Prophecy by Paul J. Cavilla – Technothriller (based on Amazon, I’ll tell you later)
I would like to finish the first 5 until Monday, maybe Tuesday (sleeping is overrated; you cannot spend the last hours of 2024 sleeping!) and also go to at least 25% of the 6th one, since it has over 700 pages. I’m excited to end the year with these titles. It gives me confidence that next year I will keep reading outside Romance.
What are the books you’re planning on reading for the end of 2024? I hope you’re at least as excited as I am and that you’ll recommend them to me as well.
Until next time, read a lot!
