LBWexperience Intro

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog again!

Taking into account that lately I have been a poor reader, an undisciplined reviewer and so bad at blog tours, I have decided to start a new series of articles that are meant to help me keep track of my reading experience and also give me the opportunity to interact more with you guys on social media. This series will contain daily updates of what I read, particularly a series of which I have all or most books available. I will be featuring one article per day and hopefully more on Twitter (#LBWexperience).

So I am starting this category with one of the most promoted series on Booktube: The Illuminae Files Series by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. I am a big fan of Booktube! I watch reviews of books I may or may never read , but I like listening to what others have to say about them or how they are mixing their lives with reading. And The Illuminae Files is one of the many series that captured my attention on Booktube. It uses such an interesting style and as far as I’ve heard, the story is amazing as well.

Illuminae 1 and 2

I have the first two volumes and I’ve just ordered the third one from Book Depository. For next week, the goal is to finish books 1 and 2 and then start the 3rd one as soon as it arrives. The plan is to share my daily amount of pages, feelings, favorite quotes and anything that may pass through my mind in a short article. On Monday I’ll be writing about what I’ve read on Sunday and so on. Let’s see how it goes. For now, this is me starting to read 🙂

Reading 1

I am quite excited for these types of articles. I will do them for all the series I’ll be reading and maybe for a book or two. Taking into account that it will be quite some work to put together the articles and a daily amount of effort (too strong a word, but you get my point), time on social media and that I may have other titles to finish in the same time, I will not be able to do it as often as I’d like. But we’ll take it one series at a time and see where we arrive.

Until tomorrow, enjoy your weekend and happy reading!
