This year I want to really be focused on reading and to motivate myself even more, I’ve decided to join 4 challenges: three of them are for the duration of the entire year and the fourth one is a series that will continue monthly. Here are some details about the first challenge I’m signing up for…

The Netgalley and Edelweiss Reading Challenge 

This challenge is currently hosted by Yvonne from Socrates Book Reviews and the main rule is to clean up your Netgalley and Edelweiss shelves. Simple, right? There are several levels one can complete:

• Bronze: 10 books 
• Silver: 25 books 
• Gold: 50 books 
• Platinum: 75 books 
• Diamond: 100 books 

Now, taking into account that my Netgally has more than 100 books not read, I would go with the Diamond Level. It really is a challenge, since I’ve already committed to 120 books on Goodreads and so far none of the books I have planned for January is a Netgalley book. Also, I don’t even remember what I have in Edelweiss.

All in all, I do plan to improve my profiles on both these platforms. I have lots of book to go through and a lot more enthusiasm 😊 I’ll have in my monthly wrap up the results of this challenge. Next week I will give you details about the second challenge I plan on attending, so be sure to visit often.
